They Really Screwed Up the Story in Honkai Impact 3rd Part 2

 SPOILERS AHEAD!!!

As we know that Honkai Impact 3rd have reached Part 2 following the conclusion of Part 1 as the new story takes place in Mars as new characters took over the old characters. During the mission in Mars, our heroes began to learn of the history of the Shu War in order to unlock the secrets behind the war. However as the story progressed, the plot began to twist as our main characters began to diminish one by one as they were plunged into their fates that they could not avoid. We also know that the first part of the story was light-hearted with fan services due to their characters' appearances, but the story eventually began to become darker with the revelation of the Shu War as well as Senadina's disappearance, Coralie's apparent death and Helia's fall to the dark side.

1.) The Fate of Senadina

Senadina was first introduced as one of the main characters as she first appeared in the Dreamseeker's dream and she entrusted her to save the world. Later, she aided the rest of the heroes of defeating the Shadows and learning about the secrets regarding the Shu War. However as the story progresses, Senadina went missing and the truth was later revealed that she was nothing but a myth which was almost forgotten by everyone else, leaving the fate of the real Senadina unknown and to make matters worse, there were also no records of her existence as well.

2.) Coralie's "Death"

Like Senadina, Coralie was introduced as one of the three main characters in Part 2 as she and Helia traveled to Mars to assist the Dreamseeker to discover the truth of the Shu War. However before the story, Coralie's life was a bit hard due to her being bullied by three students back in the academy. Later, Coralie seemingly met her end when she and Helia confronted Litost who was one of the Seven Shus as he killed Coralie who sacrificed herself to defend Helia from his attack. Her death also affected in the real world as she apparently died in the process. Her death also serves as the catalyst for Helia's turn to the dark side and her desire for revenge on Litost.

3.) Helia Turn to the Dark Side.

Helia was the third heroine to be introduced alongside the rest of the main cast. Along with Coraline, she traveled to Mars to investigate the events including the Shu War as well as aiding the rest of the heroes on defeating the Shadows. However following Coralie's death, Helia's worldview began to turn for the worse. Desired for revenge on Litost for killing Coralie, Helia became aggressive and reckless to the point that she was willing to give up her life in order to pursue Litost. Her mental state then began to worsen when she was visited by the hallucination of her twisted alter ego who goaded her into giving into the darkness and anger. Seeing the only way to avenge Coralie, Helia then embraced both her weaknesses and anger and transform into something more sinister...

From what we learned from the latest chapter, i have the feeling that Helia turned on her allies and become the villain (or we may think so) and pursue her goal of seeking revenge on Litost and also willing to eliminate anyone else who stand in her way. Only time will tell what she was up to in the later story.

With Senadina missing, Coralie is "dead" and Helia go into the dark path, we should pray if any hope left for our remaining heroes as they will figure out about dealing the situation which was connected to the Shu War as well as saving the universe from its destruction.
