Ko Pao Chicken Fried Noodles Recipe


List of Ingredients:

  •  2 noodles
  • Minced chicken
  • 4 dried chili
  • 1 mushroom
  • 1 slice of potato
  • Sliced onion 
  • 1 baby corn
  • Chopped cabbage
  • Chopped carrot
  • 4 chopped broccoli
  • Chopped ginger
  • Sugar
  • 1 cup of 1/2 water
  • Corn starch
  • Oil
  • Soy sauce
  • Thick sauce
  • Sesame oil

Step-by-Step: 

  1. Prepare the boiling water and place two noodles into it to boil until the noodles are loosen.
  2. Remove the noodles from the water and place them on the plate.
  3. Slice the onion and carrot thinly.
  4. Cut the potato slice into small pieces.
  5. Cut the baby corn into six pieces.
  6. Chop the cabbage into thin pieces.
  7. Put the oil on the frying pan and start the fire to heat up the oil.
  8. Put the sliced onions into the pan and fry them.
  9. Put the potato pieces, chopped broccoli, sliced carrots and chopped cabbage in the frying pan and stir fry the vegetables.
  10. Put the noodles into the pan and stir and mix together with the vegetables until perfect.
  11. Prepare the corn starch and stir it with the water until perfectly mixed.
  12. Slice the ginger thinly.
  13. Mix the minced chicken with the sliced ginger and mixed them together.
  14. Put  a little bit of soy sauce, sesame oil and thick sauce on the minced chicken and ginger and mix them until they all mixed up.
  15. Chop the mushroom into pieces.
  16. Cut 4 dried chili into pieces.
  17. Prepare the oil again and put the mixture into the pan and stir fry it.
  18. Put the mushroom pieces into the pan and mix with the minced chicken until perfectly mixed.
  19. Add on dried chili pieces into the pan and stir with the minced chicken and mushroom altogether.
  20. Pour the corn starch water into the mixture and finish by stir frying the mixture.
  21. Take the minced chicken and mushroom out from the pan and put on the fried noodles. Ready to serve.
